RS485 to RJ45 Ethernet 4-Channel Serial Server with Rail Mount Clip
This is the 4-Channel RS485 to RJ45 Ethernet Serial Server. It comes with the standard Computer Network Port (without PoE function). This module supports RS485 independent operation, bi-directional transmission, and Modbus Gateway with MQTT and JSON support. The device has a reliable aluminum alloy casing and comes with a rail mount clip.
The RS485 to ETH (B) IoT gateway is easy to install and has a small form factor. You can use it for different applications such as IoT Gateway, data acquisition, intelligent instrument monitoring, and safety and security IoT, etc.

MQTT/JSON to Modbus
When utilized as an MQTT gateway, these devices facilitate the transmission of serial data to an MQTT server using the MQTT protocol in a transparent manner. Compatible servers include Baidu Cloud MQTT, Alibaba Cloud MQTT, China Mobile OneNet, among others. The incoming Modbus RTU or non-standard serial data undergo parsing into JSON format and are then encapsulated into MQTT data packets for transmission to the server.
In the role of a JSON data acquisition gateway, the devices establish connections with data acquisition instruments via RS485 interfaces. Subsequently, they autonomously retrieve data, convert it into JSON format, and proceed to transmit it to the designated server. Supported data types encompass Modbus RTU 645 instrument versions 97 and 07, as well as various non-standard RS485 protocols. Configuration of the data format for transmission can be adjusted via the host, with options for transmission protocols including MQTT, HTTP POST, HTTP GET, and others.
