Compact yet Sleek Design

The KKSB Case Stand for Display 2 (5 inch) and Raspberry Pi 5 is a compact desktop enclosure designed for stable touchscreen use, clean cable management, and flexible hardware expansion. With an integrated angled stand and open, well-ventilated side panels, this case is ideal for dashboards, control interfaces, development setups, and embedded display projects. Built from premium metal materials, the case provides a professional, industrial appearance while maintaining easy access to connectors, GPIO, and add-on boards.

Premium Materials and Precise Fit

Manufactured from sandblasted black anodized aluminum combined with powder-coated steel, the enclosure delivers durability, weight, and a clean technical finish. Precision cutouts provide access to the most common Raspberry Pi interfaces without compromising structural rigidity. An external start button is integrated into the case, allowing the Raspberry Pi 5 to be powered on without opening the enclosure.

Some Examples of Possible Applications

The KKSB Case Stand for Display 2 (5 inch) and Raspberry Pi 5 is well suited for desktop-based and interactive display projects, including:

Home automation control panel: Centralized dashboard for lighting, climate, security, and smart devices.
Development and testing workstation: Ideal for developers working with Raspberry Pi HATs, GPIO, and add-on boards.
System monitoring display: Real-time monitoring of network status, servers, or IoT devices.
Information or status display: Compact display for system status, alerts, or process visualization.
Media or audio control interface: Touch-based controller for media playback, streaming, or audio systems.
Education and training setups: Suitable for classrooms, labs, and learning environments where stability and accessibility are important.
Prototyping and demonstration unit: Clean and professional presentation for demos, exhibitions, and product showcases.

Designed for HATs and Cooling Solutions

The case supports most Raspberry Pi HATs and includes both long and short spacers, accommodating GPIO headers of different heights. A 40-pin stackable GPIO header is included, enabling airflow between the Raspberry Pi, a heatsink or short cooler, and an installed HAT.

There is generous internal space for:

Add-on boards
Low-profile heatsinks
Official or compact coolers

Side access for a 40-pin GPIO ribbon cable allows easy external connections while keeping the enclosure assembled.

Angled Desktop Stand for Comfortable Viewing

The integrated metal stand positions the display at a fixed, ergonomic viewing angle, making it comfortable for continuous interaction. The elevated design also allows cables to exit neatly from the rear of the case, keeping desks and work surfaces organized and clutter-free.

The solid stand construction ensures stability during touchscreen operation, with no wobble or movement during use.

Excellent Airflow and Open Side Access

Large ventilation slots on both side panels support effective airflow for the Raspberry Pi 5, heatsinks, and low-profile coolers. The open side layout gives clear visibility and access to GPIO pins, connectors, and HAT interfaces, simplifying development, testing, and maintenance.

For additional flexibility, the side ventilation panels can be easily removed, allowing HATs with connectors in different positions to be installed without modification.
