NanoPi M4 is an 85mmx56mm Microcontroller equipped with a variety of important hardware and interfaces. Considering the form factor, this Mini PC looks identical to Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+. The similar form factor enables NanoPi M4 to support ports and interfaces on Raspberry Pi 3B+. As far as the processor is concerned, NanoPi M4 contains the Quad-Core Cortex-A53 along with the 64-bit Dual-Core Cortex-A72 (1.5HGz and 2.0GHz respectively). It contains the Rockchip RK3399 SoC. In addition, it has Mali-T864 GPU and 2GB Dual-Channel DDR3-1866. You can boot the RAM by using a TF Card or the external eMMC module. NanoPi M4 has a WiFi/BT combo module that supports 2.4G and 5G. It also has a Gbps Ethernet port, 4x USB3.0 Type-A interfaces, 1x HDMI 2.0 Type-A port, 3.5mm Audio Jack, Type-C Port, and 40-Pin GPIO (Raspberry Pi Compatible). Moreover, NanoPi M4 has 2x PCIe, 1x USB 2.0, 1x eMMC socket, 1x Dual MIPI-CSI camera interface, and an RTC port.
