It is a deeply assimilated system that includes 1GB RAM, 8GB eMMC, and NXP Quad-Core iMX 8M SoC.  This SoC features Cortex A53 and M4F. Its wireless connectivity features include both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The Google Edge TPU makes it a remarkable board overall.
